Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Vortyx Pulse (the "Service"), including the website, the chat and voice features, and the API. By signing in or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Vortyx Pulse is an AI assistant and API for text chat, code help and text-to-speech. It is provided as is, and features, models and limits may change as the Service develops.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your API keys secret. An API key is shown in full only once when you create it. If a key leaks, revoke it in your dashboard and create a new one.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud or deceive others.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass plan limits, rate limits or key restrictions.
- Do not generate malware, phishing content or content that sexualises minors.
- Do not resell or share your access in a way that avoids the limits of your plan.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans and payments
A free plan and paid plans (3 month, annual and permanent) are listed on the pricing page. Prices, token quotas and limits are shown there. Crypto payments are checked manually against the transaction reference you submit, so activation can take time. If you have a payment problem, use "Report a problem" inside the app and include your transaction reference.
5. AI output
AI replies can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information, and test code before you rely on it. Do not use the Service as your only source for medical, legal or financial decisions.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send to the Service and of the replies generated for you. You give us permission to process your content only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If we change them in a significant way we will update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your API keys, chat history and payment records.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
10. Contact
